30 Kg Challenge??...

By Reading the post below... u would already know what is gonna happen....

I have no idea how i got myself into this... it began with me beeing sick and food poisoned...went to dengkil n did a checkup....didnt wanna go see doc in the first place but i had no money... but fate has put so that jon yee made me go to the clinic...so while in the clinic...

doc checked my blood pressure... it was border line .... i was like hmmm ok thats what has been causing the headaches and stuff lately...so nvm i tot it ended there.. he had to check my BMI... i knew something bad was gonna happen...

so here's how it went...

Doc: so mr Kee step on this weighing machine...hmmm..okok....

Me : So how?

Doc : by the calculations here there... hmmm *adds number to his computer* you should lose...

30KG

jon: WUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

me: -__-

so started laa.. then somehow i manage to persuad darren to get me a canggih weighing machine but with conditions...

initial plan was to just lose the weight in my own time... but my own time?...

i think thats never gonna happen...

now a challenge in 7 months if i dont lose 30kg... i will have to pay full price for the weighing machine ><.... still hoping to see the weighing machine...

so far i have done my exercise but my eating habits oni cut down abit...

hopefully i have loss like at least 2 kg >< ....

not beeing a girl here but... how laaa.......

oh well to kickstart this chellenge i have cut my hair and i decided to drink my 6pax of beer...*ironic cause i also want body 6 pack >?<* that i got from the launching of the digi bday bash event... with my SPOOON!

So Cheers every...wait a sec..... errr...

WHERE DID ALL THE BEER GO?!!!.....
